By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr222 Platform — including the casino, sports betting, live dealer, slots, and instant games sections — you ("Player", "User", "You") acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, as well as pkr222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

pkr222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) pkr222 account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pkr222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: pkr222 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with its licensing obligations. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account)
• Source of funds documentation where required by pkr222's compliance team

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are restricted to a limited set of features and may not process withdrawals until verification is complete. pkr222 may request updated KYC documentation periodically in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

pkr222 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified:

All funds deposited into your pkr222 wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

pkr222 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr222 accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

pkr222 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the specified wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount and must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are set out in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• pkr222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel bonuses where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus abuse") will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• Any active bonus balance must be forfeited or wagering requirements completed before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in your pkr222 wallet settings.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
• USDT withdrawals are processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours subject to network conditions.

pkr222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the pkr222 Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other Players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.

The pkr222 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr222 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

pkr222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pkr222 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
